Update

The BOA committee are working tirelessly to maintain momentum in developing our key project of developing Banchory Recreation Ground in the heart of the town.  Part of the facility is functioning which includes Tennis, Putting and Bowling. However, our aim is to modernise it into a multisport outdoor facility with more activity choices which are inclusive for all and something the community can be proud of. The project is well under way and I am sure the Banchory public can appreciate that the process is complex.  We have many individuals from various specialities helping voluntarily to get key documentation completed – planning, architecture, business and sport facility design. We are all driven and relentless in our quest to succeed!  As you will understand, we require to raise funds to allow our project to progress step by step. Over the next few months, we have exciting fundraising events happening. These events will be disclosed on our social media pages in the near future. However, our JustGiving page is now live and any donations will be extremely appreciated.

There will be an article released in the The Banchory Fly: Community Magazine next month with further information about BOA and our project.  In the meantime, please keep supporting us!

Thank you in advance,
